We will reach a real organic farm by e-bike where you can take the pasta preparation course using seasonal organic products and fresh ingredients directly from the estate. After a short presentation, put on your beautiful souvenir apron and follow a nice preparation of the excellent dish of the Italian culinary tradition “pasta”. You will prepare different types of fresh handmade pasta and enjoy lunch immersed in the countryside near Volterra and San Gimignano.
